Blow out gun and install new liner. before cutting liner install brass diffuser. with gun out straight cut liner flush with end of diffuser. use a side cutter and not a cutting wheel. split coils, bend to 45 degrees and cut.926. It could possibly be that you liner is kinked from being coiled too tightly. Another thing to try first is when you are welding is keep the cable to the gun straight as possible.
